Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All items are brand new and of the highest quality, unless clearly stated otherwise. Item colour may vary between online image and actual item due to differences in monitor configuration.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from the Eurozone or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Euro or your own currency.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Such cancellations may be subject to a small cancellation fee, not exceeding 5% of the order total value.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will endeavour to process and dispatch your goods within 1 working day. Where delays do occur, you will be contacted within 1 working day. Non - UK Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges applied.
Shipping And Handling
Here at Giftery.co.uk we don't believe that you should be forced to wait days, or even weeks for your product. Instead, we have an amazingly fast dispatch policy.
In fact, if you order before 2:30 pm during the working week, we will do our very best to get the product dispatched that day.
We are now working with the Royal Mail and Parcelforce, to ensure that you get your items in the most expedient and convenient manner. You will be notified immediately on dispatch of your tracking information if your package has gone with our couriers.
All of our products go out within 24 hrs so there's no lengthy wait. You can even order a product at lunchtime and receive it first thing the next morning!
If the postage on your product is £5 or more, your goods will be sent via courier, so you don't need to worry about it being damaged or lost in the post.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.Your right to cancellation.
Your right to cancellation
Consumers will be able to cancel contracts and receive a refund up to 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract (for services), or from the date the consumer has received the items (for goods). Please contact us for the appropriate returns form.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT has already been added, but international customers are responsible for any local taxes or charges.
Credit Card Security
As a company we do not and will not store your financial details. When the order is placed at our website, at no stage do we have direct access to your credit card information. Instead the information is passed to a third party (in this case SagePay) and only the order information is passed to us.
If the order is placed over the phone, email, or fax, we will not at any stage store your financial details. Any details will be entered directly into PayPals virtual terminal.
We do not advise sending us a hard copy of any financial details, however if we do receive them we will destroy them the moment that the data has been entered into the system.
We will happily price match an item, provided that a valid link is sent to the corresponding item page. Discount codes are not valid on price matched products. Price matching is entirely at our discretion.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We operate fully in accordance with the Distance Seller Directive 2000.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We offer a 30 day working returns policy, during which the buyer can return the goods and request a refund should they wish to do so, provided the item is in the same condition as dispatched upon (including all packaging). In the event of an item being faulty, a replacement will be offered (if available).
We will arrange a collection or return if an item mis-sent or is defective and a replacement item (or equivalent) is requested, and/or the item was received in a faulty condition or was significantly mis-described. We are unable to refund postage when items are returned via the Royal Mail.
The customer is 100% liable for any warranty returns postage costs outside of the standard 30 day period. We operate fully in accordance with the Distance Seller Directive 2000. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be issued from receipt of return
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value and a certificate of posting must be obtained.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
